Invoice Information

We use Quickbooks as our method of billing. For that reason, we require an email account to be able to send invoices. Once an invoice has been created, an email will be sent to your email account to be viewed. If you choose to, invoices can be paid from those emails via credit card. If you'd like to pay in a different method, please reach out to us so we can accommodate.

Invoice reminders will also occur when payment is due in 3 days and on the due date. Also, if an invoice is overdue, there will be a reminder at 7 days overdue. These reminders will be emailed separately and will have "reminder" in the subject line.

Issues/Complaints

If you have any issues with our services, please contact us right away so we can fix the issue. We will come back as soon as possible, identify the issue with you and then fix it at no extra charge. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority so please do not hesitate to let us know if you are unsatisfied with our service.
